The Randy Sams Homeless Shelter will host its fifth annual ‘Cigars, Tinis and Tunes fund-raiser from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Fine Arts Building in the Four States Fairgrounds. ‘We will have cigar tasting ... specialty martinis and music by Chasing Rita’ said Bill Caller, event organizer and Randy Sams volunteer. There will also be food to satisfy a variety of appetites. ‘Its sort of like a Taste of Texarkana type thing. Thirty-six different eateries will be providing samples of their wares’ Caller said.
