The Texarkana, Ark., City Beautiful Commission will participate in the Great American Cleanup this weekend and invites the public to join in by helping to clean up State Line Avenue. Commission members will be picking up trash Saturday along State Line. Sign-in time will be at 7:30 a.m. at the U.S. Post Office Downtown, and the pickup will go from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Groups will be formed and assigned sections of State Line from the Post Office out to Interstate 30.
