The third annual Bulldog 100 is expected to be the best ever, promoters say, with pre-race activities beginning today. This year 65 men and women will drive cars they barely fit into, on a half-mile course through the Texarkana College campus. While this is high-octane fun for racing teams and fans alike, the Mini NASCAR event is primarily geared toward raising money for Rising Star scholarship funds.
