Kenneth Andrew Jenkins, who grew up in Fouke and was killed in Iraq on Aug. 12, 2006. He joined the Army in 1999 and served tours in Bosnia and Cuba and had been on his second tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom. The sign was presented to Jenkins parents, James and Theresa Jenkins, and another will be displayed near Fouke.
