Police officers on both sides of the state line in Texarkana should be better prepared for safely navigating a high speed pursuit after recently completing a pursuit driving refresher course. The officers used the driving course at the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in East Camden, Ark., known as ALETA but provided their own certified instructors.
