Reading, writing and arithmetic arent all local students have learned this school year. The Texarkana Area Community Foundation and Texas High School have formed a partnership to teach students leadership in philanthropy. ‘Our vision is to involve other schools’ says Stuart Daniels, TACFs executive director. The partnership formed when TACF sought ways to develop their Youth Advisory Council.
