The Breathe Easy Ark Tex (BEAT) Tobacco Coalition is preparing to celebrate World No Tobacco Day with a carnival from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at 305 Broad St. in front of the Darkslide Skate Park. ‘Weve always celebrated it but weve never done anything this big’ said Tonya Domokos, project director for BEAT. ‘We were talking about some things we could do with youth around town.
