ASHDOWN, Ark.—Ashdown attorney John Finley recently was elected president for a one-year term of the Arkansas District Judges Council in Little Rock. Finley has served as the Little River County District Court judge since 1983 and has served on various committees of the Judges Council. “It’s an honor to be elected as president.
