A Texarkana man will spend two years on probation for theft of government property involving the sale of computers from the Federal Correctional Institution. U.S. District Judge David Folsom of the Eastern District of Texas sentenced Joseph Wayne Redden, 55, former owner of Audio Center in Texarkana, on Tuesday.
