MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas—TXU Mining and Curran Miller Auction/Realty will hold a land auction at 10 a.m. June 23 at the Mount Pleasant Civic Center. About 600 acres of small, wooded, open pasture and hay meadow tracts, a commercial building and three homes will be auctioned. The land will be offered in 45 tracts and tract combinations. The land will be shown next from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. TXU Mining held similar auctions two years ago in Fairfield, Henderson and Mount Pleasant, Texas.
