Two Arkansas women are dead after a single-vehicle accident that occurred 6:45 p.m. Friday near Prescott, Ark., on Interstate 30. Teaisha Leeper, 27, of Arkadelphia, Ark., a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene. Leeper was wearing her seatbelt, police said. Whitney Kelley, 18, of Texarkana, Ark., was taken to St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs, Ark., where she died at 5:50 p.m. Saturday. It is unknown if she was wearing a seatbelt, police said.
