A concert featuring international television and recording artist Lowell Mason will be at 5 p.m. Sunday at Victory Christian Fellowship Church. Hailed as the World’s Smallest Gospel Singer at a height of only 46 inches, Mason began his singing career at age 9 when he joined the staff of “Children’s Bible Hour” radio broadcast.
