A last-ditch effort was made Thursday morning to breathe life into a civil suit filed by family members of two women killed in the Texarkana, Texas, Outback restaurant in 2003. Relatives of Chrystal Willis and Rebecca Shifflett filed the suit in October 2005. The two women and manager Matt Hines were killed by former employees Stephon Lavelle Walter and Richard Markeil Henson. Shifflett was pregnant at the time of her death.
