The Texarkana, Texas, Police Department arrested two suspects connected to a rash of vehicle burglaries in the Pleasant Grove area of town. Timothy Yarnold, 18, and Christopher Seely, 19, both of Texarkana, Ark., were arrested at 12:46 p.m. Tuesday in a traffic stop on Gould Street. Police had been called to the area for a possible burglary of a vehicle and suspicious circumstances.
