NEW BOSTON, Texas—The Bowie County Commissioners Court agreed earlier this week to sell a motorgrader from Precinct 2 to B&R Equipment of Keller, Texas, for $198,269. Commissioners also agreed to buy a motorgrader for Precinct 2 from Holt Cat Co. in Texarakana, Texas, for $214,129, according to county records. In other business, commissioners agreed to buy four motorgraders for Precinct 4 from Holt Cat at $218,799 each with a buyback agreement for $190,000 after three years.
