This bucking bovine was one of many forms of entertainment at the annual Quadrangle Festival held downtown. Held in the downtown area between Fourth and Broad streets and along State Line and Pine, the event boasted fun, food and music for all ages. “It has been very good and the crowd has come in very steady streams,” said Ina McDowell, director of the Texarkana Museums System, which benefits from the two-day festival.
