FOUKE, Ark.—CableOne will operate the cable television franchise in Fouke and plans to add digital service along with high speed Internet access, a cable company executive said Monday during the Fouke City Council meeting.

Improvements to the cable TV system in Fouke should be complete within six to eight months, said Jay Butler, general manager of CableOne in Texarkana, Texas.

Butler said equipment that can be used or needs to be upgraded will be identified.
