Texarkana Independent School District’s Partners in Education will host a 7 Habits Workshop from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 15-17 at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church, 4000 Moores Lane.

The workshop is for business and volunteer leadership and the general public and patterned after the best-selling book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey.

Partners in Education officials say the 7 Habits Workshop, from the company FranklinCovey, is about making people effective so they, in turn, can make their organizations effective.
