An inmate of the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, Texas, was arraigned in federal court Thursday for allegedly possessing marijuana in the prison.

Cody James Bradberry, 23, entered a plea of not guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Caroline Craven of the Eastern District of Texas to possession of contraband in prison. Bradberry allegedly received the drug from Michael Harvey, age unavailable, who was also arraigned by Craven Thursday morning. Harvey is accused of bringing the drugs to Bradberry on Jan. 27.
