ASHDOWN, Ark.—A 42-year-old Ashdown man facing sexual assault charges will go on trial Dec. 10 in Little River County Circuit Court.

Ralph Woody will face second-degree sexual assault charges in Ninth Judicial Circuit Judge Ted Capeheart’s court.

The charge is a Class B felony with a potential sentence of five to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $15, 000.

Woody has been released from the Little River County Jail after posting 10 percent of his $20,000 bail.
