A Texarkana, Ark., man was shot Monday night in the 500 block of East 12th Street after what police believe was a domestic dispute. The suspect was still at large Tuesday.

Jimmy Ware, 25, was found face-down on the sidewalk at East 12th Street and County Avenue, bleeding from a gunshot wound to his chest, according to a statement from the Texarkana, Ark., Police Department.
