MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas—Members of the North East Texas Regional Water Planning Group agreed Wednesday to do the entire scope of work required to complete the 2011 Regional Water Plan in one contract.

During its regular meeting, the group agreed to the one-contract deal proposed to them in a letter written and submitted to the planning group in June by the Texas Water Development Board.
