In federal court on Friday, a Mexican national in the United States illegally was sentenced to time served for falsifying government documents he needed to work at the Pilgrim’s Pride chicken plant in De Queen, Ark.

Alejandro Labra-Martinez, whose age was not available, received a sentence in federal prison from U.S. District Judge Harry Barnes of the Western District of Arkansas.
