Three Texarkana, Texas, men were arrested last week and $5,000 worth of stolen television sets were recovered after an alert patrol officer noticed the suspects loitering near a College Hill bar.

“The Texarkana, Ark., Police Department is making every effort to pay close attention to combating property crime during this holiday season,” said Officer Chris Rankin, spokesman for the TAPD.
