Toddler dies in Nash house fireSix survive blaze with few injuries

Three-year-old Damiyah Carson died in the fire. Kabia is the brother of Chris Moss, the adult male who lived at the home. The child was identified as Damiyah Diamonique Carson, said Nash Fire Chief Steve Rogers. Two adults and four other children managed to get out safely with few injuries. “We were told by the mother that when she woke up, the house was already fully engulfed and it was hard to see.
