SCHOLARSHIPS



Holly Swecker, a senior at Arkansas High School, recently accepted an Academic Merit Award Scholarship to Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. The scholarship is valued at $1,000 for the first academic year. She is the daughter of Ronald and Virginia Swecker.



HONORS

John Wesley of Texarkana, Texas, was among several Samford University students selected for Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Students are chosen based on academic achievement, community service, leadership and potential.
