A Texarkana, Ark., man accused of producing and distributing child pornography is in the custody of federal marshals.

Kevin Gerome Leggiton, 28, entered a plea of not guilty Monday at his arraignment hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Barry Bryant of the Western District of Arkansas.

According to a federal indictment handed down last week, Leggiton “employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed and coerced a minor, namely Jane Doe who at the time was under 18 years old,” in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of creating pornography that he then distributed.
