A man who allegedly robbed the E-Z Mart store in the 5400 block of North State Line Avenue Tuesday night was arrested despite trying to change his appearance to avoid being recognized.

Justin Emfinger, 24, of Wake Village, Texas, was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery after he showed up at the Bi-State Justice Building to see a friend who was being questioned by police.
