Four Thirteen Inc. is the general contractor for the new waste treatment plant designed by Vaughn Engineering of Mena, Ark. The theft was discovered Thursday when the Sevier County Sheriff’s Department received an anonymous call saying some people in a blue car were taking wire from a Southwestern Electric Power Co. “high line.” The power line had been disconnected from its electricity source. Sheriff deputies arrived at the locations and it appeared someone had been pulling the wire to the ground and cutting the wire off as high as they could reach, said Partain. <...
