A Horatio couple has been arrested for allegedly forging prescriptions at local drugstores.

According to reports, the De Queen Police Department was notified Jan. 25 that a person was at a pharmacy trying to fill a fake prescription. 

Officers responded and spoke with the pharmacist at Fred’s Store who said he had contacted Dr. Hiram Ward’s office in Murfreesboro in reference to a prescription that a Horatio couple was attempting to fill.
