A new program is finding success in Bowie and Cass counties, while helping residents find success as well.

The Job Access and Reverse Commute program offers transportation services to residents seeking jobs or vocational training.

Funded by Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas and state dollars via the Texas Department of Transportation, JARC is set for three years with about $700,000.
