A lawsuit filed last month against Mark Graves, Bowie County Republican Party Chairman, has been dismissed at the request of those who filed the suit.

A “motion to dismiss with prejudice” was filed by Pat Allen, the local lawyer who filed a complaint Jan. 9 on behalf of Emily Sabo, Nash precinct chairman. An order dismissing the suit was signed Friday by 102nd District Judge John Miller.
