MURFREESBORO, Ark.—Randall Lee Woods, 50, of Delight pleaded guilty recently to negligent homicide in a fatal drunken-driving accident and was sentenced a maximum of 10 years in prison, but he will be eligible for parole within 16 months.

Woods received the maximum sentence of 10 years for negligent homicide in the plea bargain agreement.

Two years were suspended.

He was also assessed court costs of $250 and DNA costs of $250.

His DNA will be permanently recorded in the state criminal files.
