1st Choice Pregnancy Center’s second annual Black & White party, a social event for teens, will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Four States Fairgrounds arena.

There will be an after-party from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

“The purpose of the Black & White Party is to provide edu-tainment ... regarding healthy relationships among teens in our community.
