Texarkana, Ark., School District Board Member Anthony Ware publicly confronted a substitute teacher at Tuesday’s meeting about his children not being enrolled in the school district.

“He was very unprofessional,” Helen Cunningham said Wednesday of Ware’s behavior Tuesday night.

Cunningham, a retired State of Arkansas employee, has been substitute teaching at TASD several years.

Ware said Wednesday he has no regrets about speaking to Cunningham the way he did.
