From tornadoes Monday to snow and freezing precipitation Friday, the Ark-La-Tex is caught in the clutches of March weather’s fickle fingers.

This week, area weather has gone from bright and sunny to dark and dreary, fooling residents into pulling out their spring wardrobes only to return to winter garb as snow and rain set in.

However the weather deviations should not be surprising and are typical for this month.
