Texarkana, Texas, Mayor James Bramlett presented Mary Collom Fore a proclamation at the Texarkana Museums System Annual Meeting, naming February 20, 2008 “Mary Collom Fore Day.”

Fore was recognized for her years of volunteer efforts at the Texarkana Museums System, serving as Texarkana Museums Guild president. Mayor Bramlett read the proclamation, listing numerous Texarkana organizations of which Ms. Fore has volunteered, giving thousands of hours.
