Mena man pleads ‘not true’ to probation charge
DE QUEEN, Ark.—A 50-year-old Mena man pleaded “not true” to a probation revocation Thursday for failure to continue restitution to the De Queen Handi Mart from which he reportedly stole $23,778.30 in cash.
Richard L. “Rick” Wright appeared Thursday before Ninth Circuit Judge Charles Yeargan in the Sevier County Courthouse for failure to comply with the conditions of his probation.
