ATCOG panel to meet Thursday to review grant The Ark-Tex Council of Governments Board of Directors plans to meet at 10 a.m. Thursday to review a $25,000 grant application submitted to the U.S. Department of Agriculture by the Liberty-Eylau Volunteer Fire Department.
The board will meet at Greater Texarkana Workforce Center, 1702 Hampton Road.
