A dispute between Dish Network and KTBS Channel 3 has reached an impasse, but Dish subscribers who want to watch KTBS can still do so with an antenna.

“Dish says that because we’re a small, locally owned station we don’t have the clout,” said KTBS Station Manager George Servin. “We don’t think that’s right.”

Dish quit offering KTBS as part of its local station package Jan. 1. Dish refused to agree to pay KTBS one penny per subscriber per day in exchange for permission to retransmit the station.
