The Bowie County Elections Administration Office in New Boston, Texas, is making arrangements for the April 8 Democratic primary runoff for Texas Railroad Commission.

The two Democratic contenders are Dale Henry and Mark Thompson.

Polls will open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 8 at five county locations that will serve as consolidation points for the county’s 38 polling places.

The sites are:

• Texarkana, Texas, City Hall for Precincts 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, 4A and 4B.
