U.S. Rep. Mike Ross, D-Ark., said he realizes half his constituency “lives down a gravel road” and knows what it costs to drive that road because of national energy policies.

Ross hosted a town hall meeting Tuesday in Texarkana, Ark., to discuss his energy bill, which he says will “put America on a path toward energy independence.”
