A suspect has been identified in the non-fatal weekend shooting of a 33-year-old woman, Texas-side police said.

The public is asked to assist in locating the suspect Lawellia Criner, 17, of Texarkana, Texas. She is wanted in connection with the aggravated assault of Selena Mullins, said Texarkana, Texas, Police Department spokesman Sgt. Shawn Fitzgerald.

Mullins, of Texarkana, Ark., was shot in the stomach following a verbal altercation at an apartment at 1410 Richmond Road about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Fitzgerald said.
