Recent heavy rains have caused Wright Patman Lake to flood. Picnic tables, campsites and roads were submerged Monday. Lake levels are almost 15 feet above normal elevation, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Website. Storms are in the forecast for most of this week.
