The Bowie/Cass Shrine Club will collect funds Friday and Saturday for the Shrine Hospital fund drive. For about 81 years, the Shriners Hospitals and burn institutes located in the U.S. and Mexico have provided free care for about 1 million children. The Shriners will be collecting money at the Texarkana, Texas Wal-Mart, Sam’s, Kmart and the intersection fo Kings Highway and U.S. Highway 82.
