Man arrested after telling officer fake identification
A Nashville, Ark., man made the mistake in telling law enforcement his name—the wrong name—and it cost him.
Sevier County Deputy Clayton Yates stopped a vehicle for a burned out headlight Wednesday night and asked for the identification of the driver and passengers. One passenger said he was James Weeks from Nashville and was 32 years old. Yates checked the name through the National Crime Information Center computer and it showed James Weeks was in the Howard County jail.
