St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church will host a grand opening event at 10 a.m. today at 2921 Norris Cooley Drive. The ceremony will include a ribbon cutting and several special guests, including Texas Rep. Stephen Frost, D-Atlanta, Mayor James Bramlett and Ward 2 City Council Member Willie Ray.
