A Miller County lawsuit, the first of its kind to allege “click fraud,” has ended.

“This was the first case filed in the U.S. or anywhere in the world for that matter, alleging click fraud,” Texarkana attorney Rick Adams said.

“This is the fifth final hearing and the last of the parties so your honor will be greatly relieved he doesn’t have to sit up here and listen to me ramble on about this again.”

Among the plaintiffs in the suit is Texarkana business Lane’s Gifts and Collectibles.
