Women of Nobility Ministry will host its annual Mother’s Appreciation Banquet at 6 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 2921 Norris Cooley Drive.

The event, open to men, women and children, is designed to make people aware of the many roles of mothers and offer appreciation for them.

It is open to all members of the family who would like to demonstrate their love for their mother or a special mother figure, said Zedia Lane, president of Women of Nobility.
