Thomas Hunter Davis, 24, is accused of firing a single gunshot into the forehead of 23-year-old Samuel E. “Sammy” Glass with a handgun in the pre-dawn hours of Sept. 9, 2007. Glass’ body was discovered around 5 a.m. that day by an officer of the Texarkana, Texas, Police Department at Grady T. Wallace Park in Liberty-Eylau.
